Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for either a store credit or exchange.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will ship out your desired product. The customer will be required to pay the postage fees returning the item/items to our facility. Altitude will then cover the postage costs sending the new item/items to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in original condition, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  

To start an exchange, head over to our return page and follow all the instructions to ensure your return is successful. Items sent back to us without following the instructions will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to reduce wear and tear:

• Make sure you consider the washing instructions to ensure your clothing is long lasting.
• Treat your gym wear with care.
• Make sure you have the correct sizing to reduce the risk of damage.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Gift Cards/Store Credits
• Underwear
• Socks
• Hats
• Towels
• Clearance/Sale Items

Swimwear

To be eligible for an exchange/store credit all swimwear items must be returned in their original condition. In addition to this, all applicable swimwear items must have the hygiene sticker intact and unremoved.
